Cancellation

You have the right to cancel – you do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract though booking fee will not be refunded. To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing.

Delivery of goods to you

We will deliver your album and/or prints within 6 weeks. We will notify you in advance if this period is likely to be longer due to circumstances beyond our control. Please note Storybook wedding albums may have turnaround of upto 4 months. Once designs/discs have been delivered, if customer does not decide on images to be used for wedding album within 12 months (after wedding date), completion of album will be cancelled and no refund will be given. Photographer may agree to reload images onto computer and continue with job for an additional charge (at photographers discretion).

Goods

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. The length of time a colour photograph retains its original colour depends on, amongst other things, the environment in which it is displayed or stored. Photographic dyes, like dyes used in other products can change with time.

Liability

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective in any way, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. Every effort will be made to provide high quality photographic services. In the unlikely event that a catastrophic mechanical failure should occur to photographers equipment or transport and photographer is unable to provide client with the agreed upon photography services and/or products, photographer agrees to reimburse client for all amounts paid to date. Photographer is not responsible for any other damages, emotional or otherwise.

Events beyond our control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in delivering goods/ providing service due to any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
